Q: How long is the grooming process?

A: While time varies depending on coat type and temperament, usually our services take around 3-4 hrs.

Q: How often should my dog be groomed?

A: Generally, we like to see dogs being groomed every 4-8 weeks depending on condition and length of coat. Frequent visits to the groomer ensure the desired coat and skin quality in your pet.

Q What is included in the standard haircut or bath?

A: Every groom comes with a bath/conditioner, blow dry, brushing, haircut (if needed), nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

Q: How can I prepare for my dog’s grooming appointment?

A: Ensure your dog has had a potty break and is of a calm mind before the appointment. You can also come visit our salon before your appointment, we would love to see you!

Q: When should I bring my puppy in?

A: We accept puppies starting at 8 weeks old. We love puppies and want to ensure an excellent start to their grooming future!

Q: Do you need proof of vaccination?

A: Yes! It’s the law. We need to see official paperwork of your pet’s vaccination records. We DO NOT accept the tag given by the county.

Q: Do you groom cats?
